Gary & Cathy Luenenborg are pilots of Mr. Twister.

Cathy and Gary began ballooning in 1983, and in 1986 they bought their first balloon, Lindy Star.  In 1996 they designed a new 90,000 cubic foot envelope, Mr. Twister.  Cathy built Mr. Twister with the help of Ken Kennedy.  Gary is a private pilot, and Cathy holds a commercial pilot certificate.

Cathy and Gary fly with the "Dawn Patrol" (below) at the Albuquerque International Balloon Fiesta each October.
